How long will my order take?
Items marked UK stock are already here in Britain and ship in 1–2 working days. Everything else is ordered from Japan for you, which takes 7–14 working days from order to doorstep. Each product page tells you which one it is.
Will I pay customs or import fees?
No. Britannic Trade Ltd is a UK company registered in England (12852678). We import the goods and you buy them from us in pounds, so there is nothing extra to pay when the parcel arrives.
How much is UK delivery?
Free on orders over £50. Below that it is a flat £4.99.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it — not 14 days from when you place the order.
Is this genuine Japanese-market tackle?
Yes. Everything is bought in Japan from the Japanese market — the same models Japanese anglers use, including JDM sizes, ratings and colourways that never reach UK shelves.
